1) What is the Payment Term?

For first time customers, we accept orders based on T/T in advance or L/C at sight (Sales Value is greater than US$10,000) on ex-stock basis.

All T/T advance payment or L/C must be in US dollars.

For orders that require lead-time, we need a 20% down payment of the total value of order. Balance payment should be made upon delivery.

2) What is the Shipment Term?

General Shipment Term is as follows:

3) In cases where customers realized that goods shipped are not accordance to the quality standard, what can the customer do?

In such cases, customer needs to send the following back to HSiN Semiconductor Pte Ltd
a) Faulty samples of products that is found defective.
b) Tax Invoice of the shipment (faulty products).
c) Carton labels of all batches of defective products.
d) Test Failure report from factory stated electrical defects. 
e) Defective PCB Board (If any)

But all claims and defects are subject investigation by HSiN Semiconductor Pte Ltd.
