A significant part of our business involves the design and development of electronic products and engineered solutions.

By leveraging on our technical expertise and knowledge of the electronic components that we distribute, we have developed products and engineered solutions that incorporate these components.

Hsin's Customised Solutions

The design and development team is involved in the development of new products. Our brand of products are developed in Singapore, manufactured by sub-contractors in PRC and India, and mostly sold in China and Hong Kong. HSiN Semiconductor will be the marketing arm for the finished products.

The current electronic products developed by our Design and Development team are as follows:

We provide engineered solutions for our customers. Our focus is on providing solutions for use in DVD and VCD players, as well as electronic ballasts for lighting equipment. Our Applications department was started in 2000 for this purpose. It is responsible for identifying cost competitive solutions for customers through our technically competent product managers and field application engineers (FAE).

The Applications department comprises two product managers and three FAEs. The product managers are responsible for product planning and our FAEs are tasked with designing solutions for customers.

This strategy will assist our customers in reducing their new product marketing time considerably, and in forging long term business relationships.
